Earlier the directors had on the 1^st of February 2018 executed a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding spelling out the responsibilities of the new director.

The recent appointment of PRINCE O. WILLIAMS-JOEL ESQ to man its operations within the West Africa region is another tactical corporate decision of the U.S based firm, applauded by many.

Nedum Ejiogu is an Attorney at Law, admitted to the New Jersey Bar and its Federal District Court. He holds a B.A. in Economics, an M.A. in Government & Politics, a Juris Doctor in Law and a Graduate Certificate in International Law and Diplomacy. He has had extensive experience in business and government relations consultancy- having represented Fitchner GMBH (2001-2006), a world class energy and infrastructure consulting company which executed power projects in Nigeria and the West African Sub-region; and worked in several other private consultancy capacities in Nigeria’s power, aviation and oil/gas industries. He currently practices Immigration and Naturalization Law in the United States. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Charles Ejiogu, an Attorney at Law admitted to the New York Bar and Federal District Court. He has a B.A. Political Science, Juris Doctor in Law. Partner in Charles & Charles Law. CEO and Co-Founder of Nigerian-American Association. Partner and Co-Founder of Naijapalooza LLC. Former Co-founder and CFO of Time Frame NY LLC. He has been a Legal Consultant on Anti-Trust Litigation Matters for Major Law Firms such as: Shearman & Sterling, Morrison and Foerster, Cleary Gottlieb, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, Sidley Austin. Under the Pataki administration he worked as a Consultant for Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Under the Giuliani administration he worked in the Early Intervention Unit of New York City Law Department’s Corporation Counsel.
